Akhirnya, pada hari ini Sabtu, 17 Juli 2010, telah ada pemesanan untuk mesin jahit portable merk NewLong tipe NP-7A buatan Jepang. Sang pembaca memesan dengan menghubungi no telp yang telah diberikan.
Ini ada pesanan mesin jahit pertama. Maka, dari itu hari ini juga sedang dipersiapkan untuk pengiriman mesin tersebut. Lokasi pemesan di daerah Sumatra dimana meminta untuk dikirimkan melalui jalur darat dan tentunya ongkos kirim akan lebih murah.

What a Terrible Day!

Today it was difficult and extremely tired. After going through a difficult ridiculous day, starting a new hard new challenge new uneasy day to go. As we need to look everywhere to complete the previous day's action.
Everyone was looking and having the same purpose. So, who is having the alternative ways gonna be a winner. Since we don't have those, we lost again for today. At last, we found a way who is somebody that can help to solve all problem today. But the time has changed till tomorrow morning. Let's see and hope this person is RIGHT and the One can be said as HERO!

A Question that I would like to know, IS EVERYONE ALWAYS FACING A DIFFICULT DAY ONE AFTER ANOTHER OR THIS IS JUST ME, THAT ALWAYS FEEL EVERYTHING IS SO TROUBLESOME??

I will be more spesific and focus on small area!
Why does this suddenly emerge?
- I already gave chances to change, in a meanwhile I tried to get another more prospective and better opportunity which could be benefit for future. But....Seems the previous one would be conquered! The opponent seems to be do not care of the chances given.
The opponent seems and feels know everything. But S*CKs!!
- The opponent always modify or change strategy without prior notice cause inconsistency in between soldier.

What should we do?
- Start focusing on small field where we can conquered first. For out of hand knowledge and strategy, get a better captain of batallion so can control that segment.

Once conquered, F*cks away all obstacles!

Have you ever felt that you are a BIG LOSER?

Tonight on 07 June 2010, a day where we should reconfigure, recalculate, rethinkk again what has happened for the last 1,5 months.
We felt that nothing is right. Everyone seems to be the best. When we did anything, everyone did not think of who they faced to but seems only them who are the best. They cannot differentiate who should and should not to, seems lack of sense of communication.
The only thing that appears is jealousy. Everyone can be assumed correct. But how about us? Everyone just like to give instruction seem they remember everything but actually they just stick on the rail. They thought something they know is difficult, but actually the way they interpreted is not solving the case we are asking. Everyone make us down, try giving harder explaination cause noone understand what the heck everyone talking about.
Is that because of everyone really know more about everything? so it hards for us to keep in track with the way everyone is explaining or it just a matter of society problem? the way of communication problem?

Effect of Global Warming, Have we awared on THIS?!

Effect of Global Warming seems to be encountered in Jakarta, and in all other countries. Everywhere is having extreme climate changes. In Jakarta, the weather is very hot which is worse than previous years. This probably due to many engines are running around, and wasting goods are increasing which could be car engines, motorcycle engines, factory machines, plastic bags, and IT Networking equipments.
But, please don't point to each other who cause of global warming. We are allowed to spend much more items specifically that cause global warming. As a return, please, at least do SOMETHING!
For readers that accidentally visit my page here, please help to distribute to anyone.

The following ways can be done easily.
- Don't use/buy from Supermarket/MiniMarket/Traditional Market/Superstore/BookStore or any Market and Store that do not provide eco-friendly bag for carrying our items. Some provide eco-friendly bag but we need to pay for that. What a ridiculous! Imagine, they save how much plastic wasting bag if they provide us eco-friendly bag? Some of them, even, say they are "participating on global warming reduction and preventing environment from being broke by unresponsible people/company" But in reality, they cause global warming indirectly.

- Don't always start your vehicle engines, if you just go nearby, just walk(This is the best way) or use bicycle(It's best if you buy used bicycle, imagine how much it cost the environment to produce a new one?)

- Start planting small little plant in your house or in front of your house.

- For IT People/Company that stated they care for global warming, Hey wake up! please look at your IT Department. Are you using eco-friendly gears? What I meant here like Refurbished networking equipment? Refurbished Servers? Refurbished printers? Refurbished Computers? BIG NO!.
Some thinks of prestige, they just want to have good technology and good image of the company operation by buying a new equipment without considering to buy for REFURBISHED.
Refurbished one is GOOD as well, we care not to produce a new equipment that cost a lot for environment. So, we did re-optimizing all gears to be used as similar to NEW without reducing their performance.

Finally, for readers please pursue your friends or company to do those four solving ways.

CPRO: Kreditor CPRO Beri Persetujuan Kondisi Standstill(01/02)

PT Central Proteinaprima Tbk (CPRO) berhasil memperoleh persetujuan syarat-syarat dan

Albert Sebastian, Sekretaris Perusahaan CPRO, mengatakan perjanjian standstill

CPRO: Fadel beri waktu 3 bulan untuk CP Prima(18/02)

Menteri Kelautan dan Perikanan Fadel Muhammad memberi batas waktu kepada CP Prima untuk memutuskan berlanjut tidaknya proses revitalisasi tersebut. “Kami beri waktu tiga bulan, jika tidak, kami akan mendesak mereka (CP Prima) jual ke investor lain,” kata Fadel, Rabu (17/2).

Menurut Fadel, saat ini sudah ada beberapa investor yang melirik tambak CP Prima itu. "Satu dari dalam negeri, satunya lagi dari Malaysia," katanya, enggan memerinci.

Selain mengelola PT Aruna Wijaya Sakti, saat ini CP Prima mengelola dua perusahaan udang lain di Lampung, yakni PT Central Pertiwi (CP) Bahari (eks Bratasena) dan PT Wahyuni Mandira. Total luas ketiga tambak tersebut mencapai 59.000 hektare (ha), plus konsesi pengembangan lahan 186.250 ha. Ini merupakan yang terluas di dunia.

Fitch Ratings mendongkrak peringkat PT Central Proteinaprima Tbk dan obligasinya senilai US$325 juta
dari semula RD (Restricted default/gagal bayar terbatas) menjadi C. Analis Fitch mengatakan peringkat itu
diditetapkan menyusul pengumuman manajemen mengenai tercapainya perjanjian masa tenang

Medan dan Surabaya. Aset milik Central Windu Sejati tersebut dijual kepada SHS International

CPRO: Central Proteinaprima Tbk belum bisa balikkan kinerja(31/03)

PT Central Proteinaprima Tbk pada 2009 belum dapat membalikkan kinerja perusahaan dan tetap menangguk
kerugian. Kendati belum mencetak laba, perusahaan mampu memperkecil kerugian yang diderita sebesar
46,66% dari Rp407,18 miliar pada 2008 menjadi Rp217,17 miliar. Rugi per saham pada 2009 menjadi

Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) terus melakukan pemantauan dan evaluasi terhadap kinerja keuangan PT Central

mekanisme pelunasan bunga kupon obligasi senilai US$ 17,9 juta.

CP Prima gagal bayar (default) bunga kupon surat utang senilai US$ 17,9 juta belum lama ini. Penyebab
default adalah serangan virus sehingga kinerja keuangan terganggu. Perseroan melalui anak usahanya,

CPRO: Perbankan Menghentikan Kredit(16/04)

Kegagalan panen PT Central Proteinema Tbk (CPRO) bukan hanya berpotensi gagal bayar obligasi,
tapi juga terhentinya aliran kredit untuk modal kerja anak usaha. Dua anak usaha CPRO, PT Aruna Wijaya
Sakti dan PT Wachyuni Mandira, memiliki perjanjian pinjaman dengan PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia
Tbk (BRI) dan PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk (BNI). Nilai pinjaman yang disetujui maksimal Rp1,05 triliun

Pihak Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) mengaku terus memantau perkembangan kinerja CPRO yang mencatat

CPRO: Hadapi CP Prima, KemenKP Tidak Tinggal Diam

Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan (KemenKP) tidak diam menghadapi persoalan yang membelit CP Prima
yang menggarap lahan bekas Dipasena tersebut. Pemerintah sudah menawarkan agar CP Prima
mangendeng petambak yang memperoleh KUR (Kredit Usaha Rakyat) untuk menggarap lahan yang tidak

Direktur Jenderal Perikanan Budidaya Made L. Nurdjana mengaku sudah maksimal dalam membantu

akan membantu kebersihan dan mutu air pada pengelolaan tambak. Asal tau saja, tambak Aruna mengalami

CPRO: Produksi Udang Terancam (19/04)

Ratusan petak tambak PT Aruna Wijaya Sakti (eks Dipasena Citra Darmaja) di Lampung belum juga
beroperasi usai panen pada Januari lalu. Hampir separuh dari 1.806 petak tambak di Blok II dan II
kampung Utama Dipasena tidak beroperasi.

Sebenarnya, petambak sudah berusaha mendapatkan informasi dari manajemen dari PT Central
Proteinaprima Tbk (CP Prima). Tapi, informasi tentang kepastian tebar benih baru tidak kunjung
mereka peroleh. CP Prima selalu berdalih bahwa mereka sedang kesulitan dana. jika melihat luas
lahan tambak yang belum ditebar benihnya, jumlah panen udang CP Prima tahun ini bisa anjlok 50%
dibanding produksi tahun lalu. Sampai September 2009, CP Prima mampu memproduksi 7.565 ton

A New incoming prospective chance

After passing through a relaxing discussion of some opportunities, this comes to conclusion that we should be getting faster to get involve into more focused on this prospective field.
BUT......................
In theory, there are a lot of "BUT"s so need to have bigger gut, taking risk, calculate maximum loss "IF" we meet any obstacles.
It's nothing lose to try "BUT" another problem is not enough capacity of supporting item which is called "BUDGET".
So, do we just let this chance go?

Believe in Rotation of fate!

There is period when somebody is up and down. DO you believe in that?
UP means for income, family, business, etc which are in good, extremely best incoming results.
and Down is the vice versa.
So, when you are on top of other, or any people around you. Please just don't look down of them or try to be arrogant. As you will get the "KARMA" of what you have done! Either that is good or bad "Karma" depending on what you have given to people.

Some people around us, sometimes they just don't realize that they have been given chance to be better than anyone and they start acting like they own everything even won't respect others.

By posting this, I just would like you all know that there is feedback of what you did in the past, either that is good or bad.

So, please look at yourself in the mirror, ask yourself......
- Have I tried to be good to others?
- Have I done enough to make others happy?
- Could I stay alive without others' help?
- Could I be like now if without money or any commercial things?

Are there any big changes 10 Months of evolution?
- It's just a little changes and improvement. Especially on assets and number of employee.

What should I do?
- Need to be more focus on some factors that slow down the increment of my pocket.

How to start?
- Think of another sectors but keep running and trying to increase the current segment.

After getting another segment, what I should do?
- Start arranging the budget, manage time, split my mind but not to reduce the attention to current segment instead getting bigger slot of minds to be divided into two, three or even more.

When it comes to bad moood and not in good time, everything seems to be soooooooooo bad. You have no one to talk to.
It never comes to an end, where everybody seems to be stress as well because of this stressful life. Just curious, does this happening to anyone on this middle young age which is more aggressive to fight, survive and struggle in this difficult world.

Type of LC

Revocable L/C
Adalah L/C yang sewaktu-waktu dapat dibatalkan atau diubah secara sepihak oleh opener atau oleh issuing bank tanpa memerlukan persetujuan dari beneficiary.

Irrevocable L/C
Irrevocable L/C adalah L/C yang tidak bisa dibatalkan selama jangka berlaku (validity) yang ditentukan dalam L/C tersebut dan opening bank tetap menjamin untuk menerima wesel-wesel yang ditarik atas L/C tersebut. Pembatalan mungkin juga dilakukan, tetapi harus atas persetujuan semua pihak yang bersangkutan dengan L/C tersebut.

Irrevocable dan Confirmed L/C
L/C ini diangggap paling sempurna dan paling aman dari sudut penerima L/C (beneficiary) karena pembayaran atau pelunasan wesel yang ditarik atas L/C ini dijamin sepenuhnya oleh opening bank maupun oleh advising bank, bila segala syarat-syarat dipenuhi, serta tidak mudah dibatalkan karena sifatnya yang irrevocable.

Clean Letter of Credit
Dalam L/C ini tidak dicantumkan syarat-syarat lain untuk penarikan suatu wesel. Artinya, tidak diperlukan dokumen-dokumen lainnya, bahkan pengambilan uang dari kredit yang tersedia dapat dilakukan dengan penyerahan kuitansi biasa.

Documentary Letter of Credit
Penarikan uang atau kredit yang tersedia harus dilengkapi dengan dokumen-dokumen lain sebagaimana disebut dalam syarat-syarat dari L/C.

Documentary L/C dengan Red Clause
Jenis L/C ini, penerima L/C (beneficiary) diberi hak untuk menarik sebagian dari jumlah L/C yang tersedia dengan penyerahan kuitansi biasa atau dengan penarikan wesel tanpa memerlukan dokumen lainnya, sedangkan sisanya dilaksanakan seperti dalam hal documentary L/C. L/C ini merupakan kombinasi open L/C dengan documentary L/C.

Revolving L/C
L/C ini memungkinkan kredit yang tersedia dipakai ulang tanpa mengadakan perubahan syarat khusus pada L/C tersebut. Misalnya, untuk jangka waktu enam bulan, kredit tersedia setiap bulannya US$ 1.200, berarti secara otomatis setiap bulan (selama enam bulan) kredit tersedia sebesar US$ 1.200, tidak peduli apakah jumlah itu dipakai atau tidak.

Back to Back L/C
Dalam L/C ini, penerima (beneficiary) biasanya bukan pemilik barang, tetapi hanya perantara. Oleh karena itu, penerima L/C ini terpaksa meminta bantuan banknya untuk membuka L/C untuk pemilik barang-barang yang sebenarnya dengan menjaminkan L/C yang diterimanya dari luar negeri.

- Confirming bank adalah bank yang melakukan konfirmasi atas permintaan issuing bank dan menjamin sepenuhnya pembayaran.
- Paying bank adalah bank yang secara khusus ditunjuk dalam L/C untuk melakukan pembayaran dan beneficiary berkewajiban menyerahkan dokumen kepada bank tersebut.
- Carrier adalah penyimpanan barang yang diperjualbelikan.

Tata cara pembayaran dengan L/C
1. Importir meminta kepada banknya (bank devisa) untuk membuka suatu L/C untuk dan atas nama eksportir. Dalam hal ini, importir bertindak sebagai opener. Bila importir sudah memenuhi ketentuan yang berlaku untuk impor seperti keharusan adanya surat izin impor, maka bank melakukan kontrak valuta (KV) dengan importir dan melaksanakan pembukaan L/C atas nama importir. Bank dalam hal ini bertindak sebagai opening/issuing bank. Pembukaan L/C ini dilakukan melalui salah satu koresponden bank di luar negeri. Koresponden bank yang bertindak sebagai perantara kedua ini disebut sebagai advising bank atau notifiying bank. Advising bank memberitahukan kepada eksportir mengenai pembukaan L/C tersebut. Eksportir yang menerima L/C disebut beneficiary.

2. Eksportir menyerahkan barang ke Carrier, sebagai gantinya Eksportir akan mendapatkan bill of lading.

3. Eksportir menyerahkan bill of lading kepada bank untuk mendapatkan pembayaran. Paying bank kemudian menyerahkan sejumlah uang setelah mereka mendapatkan bill of lading tersebut dari eksportir. Bill of lading tersebut kemudian diberikan kepada Importir.

4. Importir menyerahkan bill of lading kepada Carrier untuk ditukarkan dengan barang yang dikirimkan oleh eksportir.

Wash others' mind to get better thought!!

Today, it comes to some thought to widen the way they think!
Why is this needed?
First of all, tired of the way they are thinking:
- They always think the world is sooooooooo SMaLLLLL.
- They always think they are so powerful with their way in doing something.
- They never see how big is their opponent due to high confidence and arrogant!
- They just see and read, and follow some other writers used to write about some solutions, statement, which are more on THEORY!
- They never look at where they are standing!

This is what the loser are, who just enjoy on what they seen and given as their knowledge to have it argue with others, once they win arguing, will think about how great they are. But actually they are just nothing instead they are a big big big coward, and loser who try to announce they have no weaknesses!

Since this is related to other, and before dragging other into loser like them, need to wash their mind and the way they think so they can have more better best thinking!

Hope it works, and can push them to be hero!

Life to conquer NOT to be conquered!

In this hard difficult but incredible world, life is to conquer every other single humanity, things, stuffs.
When someone learns on how to stay alive, he/she is wrong! They need to learn how to conquer even though they have nothing and even hard to stay alive.
Fighting to conquer is a long eternal period on how to stay alive instead of just stay alive.
So, have you got any strategies before conquering others? or are you planning to start conquering from today?

"HARD" Day to GO

Today, on tuesday, 05 January 2010 is the hard day to go but good to harvest.
Why? yeah we have a few and more incoming guns but not enough bullets to support all guns.
It does not mean not enough bullet but the actual condition not enough bullets to support at once. Part by part will be OK as well! We harvest quite good enough.
But why only one shooter need trying to find bullets to support all guns while the other one pretends not to know and seems to have other type of guns to be supported and can conquer more area while the first shooter only able to conquer one area?

So, what to do for solving this kind of problem to avoid only one area to be conquered with the temp bullet and good to be king of all areas?

We need to consider some strategies in future and prepare to be more accurate for every incoming guns and other types of guns.

Yeah, it's time to start, no more no more passive action waiting for another types of guns but be aggresive.

It's YEAR 2010!

Hi! I'm back here on 4th day of 2010!
It comes 2010 which is the time where we see what we have built will work!
We started on April 2009 means already almost 9 months!

So, is this year will be gonna be a prosperous year?
